Look, I’m totally willing to play along with this game, but I want to say this: you can’t compare “Lucy Does a TV Commercial” with “Chaos Theory.” They’re both incredible episodes of television. However. “Lucy” is magnificent because Lucille Ball is brilliant her face, in her body, in all the physical aspects of her performance. No one else could make that episode be the classic that it is. “Chaos” is magnificent because writers sat down and figured out a story that’s absurdly complicated on more levels than the six-sided die that controls the episode. They’re just incomparable.
